We use AI to remove content in the Local feeds not relevant in your local communities.

2. Smarter Content Moderation

AI helps rate content for potential removal based on our community policies - like hate speech, harassment, or misinformation.

This isn’t about censoring; it’s about creating a space that feels safe and supportive for everyone.

AI flags content and we choose how to handle it through virtual rules and human moderation.

What We Don’t Use AI For:

• We don’t use AI to write posts, fake comments, or automate engagement.

• We don’t sell your private data to train third-party models but know that anything public runs the risk of being copied by others and we can’t control how they use it.

• We don’t use it to push ads you didn’t ask for, or decide what you “should” like based on what keeps you scrolling.

Human-first, Tech-assisted

We believe a Canadian platform should reflect Canadian values: fairness, respect, and transparency.

Our AI tools are designed to support better conversations, not extract more attention.
