I’m Jess Glowacki—former engineer, a leader in complex digital delivery, and unapologetic champion of Canadian community. Founder is my title, but my drive comes from being a neighbour who refuses to settle for social feeds that forgot what “social” means.
Remember when online spaces felt playful, personal—even useful? EH! is the platform I couldn’t find: one that amplifies real voices, mirrors our mosaic, and protects the culture we’re proud to call our own.
Canada’s identity is vast and local all at once. Yet the global platforms we lean on weren’t designed for us, by us, or for the corner bakery with zero marketing budget. So I brought together a scrappy, talented crew and we built something better.
After 20‑plus years leading engineering and product at places like Lululemon and Reddit—scaling teams, shipping systems, and learning that intention beats algorithm every time—I’m channelling that expertise into EH!.
My promise is simple: EH! will always put real people, real conversations, and real communities first. Proudly, fiercely, unapologetically Canadian.

Daniel drives EH!’s technical vision with the steady hand of a battle‑tested architect and the curiosity of a lifelong builder. Across a decade of shipping mission‑critical systems for both nimble startups and global enterprises, he has kept latency low, data locked tight, and engineering teams unblocked.
What he brings
End‑to‑end product ownership. Equally at home in Ruby on Rails, NodeJS, React, and GraphQL as he is orchestrating AI‑powered cloud pipelines.
Platform‑scale mentality. He’s shepherded products from zero to millions of users—without a 3 a.m. pager ping.
Calm clarity. Translates complexity into decisive roadmaps that empower engineers to execute at pace.
Mentorship at speed. Builds cultures where junior devs level‑up quickly and senior engineers stay challenged.
Drawn to EH!’s mission to make civic connection and local discovery truly Canadian, Daniel saw a chance to apply his skill stack to something bigger than metrics: infrastructure that powers real‑world impact from coast to coast. His mandate is simple—ship fast, scale safely, and leave every line of code, team, and community stronger than he found it.
