Return & Refund Policy

All of our products are custom-printed on demand through a printing company, which means each item is made just for you. Because of this, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or colour choices.

1. When we can help

  • If the Item arrives damaged, mis-printed, or defective, we can send you a replacement or full refund within 30 days after you receive the package

  • If the package lost in transit, we can reship at no cost within 30 days after the latest estimated delivery date

  • If we sent the wrong item, we can give you a free replacement or refund within 30 days after delivery

Need help? Email support@yourstore.com with your order #, a brief description, and clear photos of the problem.

2. What isn’t covered

  • Change of mind, wrong size, or colour: Please double-check our size guides before ordering; we can’t restock custom pieces. help.printful.com

  • **Wrong shipping address provided: We can’t refund these orders. If the item is returned to Printful, we can reship once you cover the new postage.

  • **Unclaimed packages: After 30 days Printful donates unclaimed returns to charity.

3. How the replacement / refund works

  1. Send a claim → hello@ehnow.ca within 30 days.

  2. We review the photos and details within 2 business days.

  3. Approved?

    • Replacement: goes straight into production & ships out.

    • Refund: issued to your original payment method; banks take 5-10 business days to post credits.

4. Where to send defective items (if requested)

We’ll give you a return-to-sender label that routes the package to our printer. Please don’t mail items back without our authorisation, or they may be lost in processing.
